This lets you change settings in the midst of a performance without losing your flow. There’s no separate mixer mode to hamper your creativity — simply press and hold a button, make a change, release the button, and drop straight back to your performance. Your beats don’t need to be confined to the grid, allowing you to record into micro steps for off-grid grooves. Another much-requested feature comes in the form of Legacy Mode which re-introduces the User layout of the original Launchpad Pro, allowing you to transfer your old Launchpad Pro projects into the Launchpad Pro MK3 environment.
