The Gibson USA Les Paul Standards 60s model is typically adorned with a AA figured top and available in classic finishes like Iced Tea, Bourbon Burst and Unburst. However, we present an exclusive offering featuring an exquisite AAA top and a selection of two distinctive colours not commonly found in this range: Dirty Lemon Burst and Fireburst, both meticulously finished in gloss nitrocellulose lacquer.
Built to meet your expectations, this guitar boasts a solid mahogany body and a SlimTaper 60s-style mahogany neck complemented by a rosewood fingerboard adorned with trapezoid inlays. Equipped with a classic ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminium Stop Bar tailpiece, Grover Rotomatic “Kidney” tuners, and gold Top Hat knobs featuring silver reflectors, every detail exudes classic Les Paul craftsmanship.
The heart of this instrument lies in its 60s Burstbucker pickups, crafted to recapture the essence of the original PAF humbuckers. Featuring Alnico 5 magnets and wired to audio taper potentiometers and Orange Drop capacitors, these pickups deliver an airy, full tone with a touch of magic when overdriven, reminiscent of the originals that made history.
